This knife has a single-edged stainless steel blade for right hand use. The back of the knife is not sharp which gives you the possibility to use your left hand to push the blade with your fingers from the back. This blade has the smaller curve of our hook knives. We have optimized the blade to make it run smooth over the inside of the spoon or bowl. Improved edge bevels complete the blade and give it the optimum carving experience.
The BeWild spoon carving blank is made from walnut and is unique in it’s size. Too often spoon carving blanks are huge and great for making ladels but not for handy or decorative spoons.
The BeWild Blank is 15.8*3.9*2cm making it small but ideal for beginners, kids or anyone who wants a spoon somewhere between a tea spoon or desert spoon.
